Upcoming ASHM Conferences

ASHM is a peak organisation of health professionals in Australia and New Zealand who work in HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmissible infections. ASHM draws on its experience and expertise to support the health workforce and to contribute to the sector, domestically and internationally. Below are a variety of events being held by ASHM this year.

The 5th International Symposium on Hepatitis Care in Substance Users (INHSU) 2016

The leading International conference focused on the management of hepatitis among substance users. In 2015 INHSU decided to move to an annual symposium to keep pace with the rapid development of new therapies and exciting new research on HCV care among people who inject drugs.

10th Australasian Viral Hepatitis Conference

The Australasian Viral Hepatitis Conference is the leading multidisciplinary Viral Hepatitis conference in Australasia. The conference is held biennially and was most recently held in Alice Springs 2014, Auckland 2012 and in Melbourne 2010.

The Australasian HIV and AIDS Conference 2016

The Australasian HIV&AIDS Conference (26th Annual Conference of the Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine) is the premier HIV Conference in Australia and the Asia and Pacific region. Delegates to the conference come from a range of professional backgrounds including basic science, clinical medicine, community programs, education, epidemiology, indigenous health, international and regional issues, nursing and allied health, policy, primary care, public health and prevention, and social research.
